30 Minutes to Fitness: Start Here [DVD]

Another great work out from Kelly Coffy Meyer. The third one I own.

All my adult life I exercised but for a string of reasons I've been sidelined the past 5+ years. I needed to ease back into it and I couldn't have made a better choice. It took quite a bit of searching to find this but it was well worth it. First of all, Kelly Coffey-Meyer is one of the best video instructors I've experienced. She is the anti-Denise Austin! She's not talking your ear off the entire time or encouraging you as if you were a 5 year old on your first bike ride. Second is the formatting. Breaking it down to 2 completely separate 30 minute routines is the best concept yet. If I want to do mainly cardio one day - done. If I'm in the mood for weights and definition - I can easily do just that one. And if I'm having an energetic day - going through both routines is completely doable. Her pre-mixes rock! If I want to focus on just upper or lower body or have time (or energy) for just a short workout - so easy to do with this formatting. I've already ordered my next KC-M DVD. Can't wait.
