After trying several other shower seats/benches the MOBB swivel adjustable bath seat is just what we needed. We tried a sliding shower bench but it did not allow enough space to safely move about. The lever to swivel is easy to control allowing my elderly mother-in-law to assist in her care. The padded seat and back are comfortable. Many thanks to Jet for the quick delivery. Much safer for my husband who has balance problems. It is about 23" by 17" so check your shower to make sure it is big enough for this chair. Leave room to get in your feet to maneuver the chair around.

When it first arrived one of the rubber thingys on the base of the seat was broken. I called customer service, emailed pictures to them and got a callback the next day saying the manufacturer was sending out a new seat that day. EXCELLENT customer service and the shower chair is EXACTLY as advertised. Very nice. Would definitely order from this manufacturer again and from Walmart.

Perfect for people with different needs! My husband has very limited mobility, always searching for that perfect chair. Tried every style out there, never quite right. I use it now I have MS with flair ups, even without that I would use it! Comfortable, can sit comfortably in the shower. In fact, the most relaxing shower ever was the first time using this chair.

The instructions were brief, clear and very helpful. I only encountered challenge when trying to remove the protective plastic under already assembled sections.

Received defective Shower Chair, not happy at all with their return policy, figured it would be return friendly like Walmart (especially since it was defective). You have to jump through hoops to return it, plus restocking fee what is that. People whom usually need to bye handicap products usually don't have that kind of money to waste. I figured I try to make it easier for my Husband to use the shower with this swivel, padded (back is not padded at all), but no such luck, very poorly designed. Didn't even put it together. Will never order through MDK Ventures LLC again.

I purchased this item, it did not fit my tub, and MDK Ventures said it is not refundable, due to being a "hygiene" item. Which is not in the item description. Then said if I return they may be able to give me a partial refund, due to restocking fee. I returned it, then they said it was "used" and not refundable after all! Item was never used, simply assembled, and didn't fit. So they had my money and the shower chair! I contacted walmart.com, they intervened and I received my full refund from them, not the marketplace vendor. Awesome for walmart.com to take care of their customers!!!
