30 SECONDS Outdoor Multi-Surface Cleaner Concentrate - Cleans Stains from Mildew, Mold & Algae, 1G

Excellent house wash. Used in a foam cannon on the pressure washer to wash 1500 sq ft home. Work on the shady side of the house or on a cloudy day. Spray on and let stand approximately 5 min and rinse off. Do not let this dry on the siding. You may need to brush the gutters depending on how dirty they are. Overall my go to for any cleaning job.

I like that all I needed to do was dilute and spray it on. Does not involve the waste of electricity and water of power washing. My driveway and walks were heavily involved. I DID brush it. I didn t like so much that it is going to take many gallons to do my job. However it IS easy to order and get delivery at 11 to 12$ a gallon.

I bought this gallon refill to fill the spray bottle that connects to the hose but found the spray bottle tops DO NOT come off. I checked this on line and the answer to "are 30 Second cleaners spray bottles refillable?" NO. Duh!!! Fortunately I had a similar spray bottle with a removable top so was able to finish my project. The actual 30 second fluid is very good but was so disappointed (and very frustrated) to find this con.

I've tried all kinds of cleaners for my concrete and white brick on my home. This works so much better than bleach and others. Just follow the instructions on the bottle . It is more expensive, but I find that it saves me time which makes it worth it!

I have the egg chairs Walmart sold for the last couple Summers and the white cushions had gotten quite dirty from being outside over the last few years. I was looking all over for replacement cushions and couldn't find anything that would be as good and decided to try this product and the pictures speak for themselves. I used one big bottle to clean two chairs worth of cushions. I have tried washing these with soap and power washers and have never been able to get them clean. I just sprayed the concentrate on let it sit for a couple minutes and then spray it off, repeated as necessary. Amazing product.

My nephew turned me on to this. I had mold on the end of my home that ugly green stuff not black mold. I bought some and WOW just attached to my water hose and started spraying. The mold and dirt came off with having to do anything but spray with water. I use it all the time on my home and porch. It's well worth the buy.

My composite deck was stained with leaf residue. The 30 second product worked as advertised. I used one gallon and did the whole deck, which is quite large and badly stained. The deck now looks great ! I will use this product periodically to keep the deck looking great.

This product is AMAZING its EXCELLENT definitely done the job cleaned my deck mix with water it smells like bleach but those who buy will love this product i promise u i drip a lid full by mistake the nxt morning my deck in that spot was cleaned without a presserwasher i continued to use a tall handbrush and when i completed half of the deck it looked like a brand new deck this product cleaned dirt that was build up for 10 years this product brought life back into a old deck thst looks now amazingly beautiful this is a great product yesssss indeed

i bought this to use to clean an old, dirty, moldy white vinyl fence. i used it full strength in a spray bottle, sprayed it on and could see it was cleaning away most of the dirt/grime/mold/algae by just spraying and letting it sit a minute. The fence was bad so i also sprayed on some dish soap and used a scrub brush on the fence before washing it all off. Came out nice! i also love the fact that this chemical does not harm plants so i didn't have to worry about killing any along with all the filth on the fence.

I received this as a substitution for the original, and I was not impressed and plan on returning for the original which I am very familiar with and swear upon it. And just knew it wouldn't be the same, but it doesn't touch the original. Maybe it's more for like just windows or something, but it's definitely not for the hard stuff..
