I bought a new car last week. I took delivery a little over an hour from my house in the rain from the dealer. Before leaving I checked out the car for anything wrong and found nothing. When I got home I realized there were two spots on the roof! Needless to say I was very irritated. As I walked to my front door I saw this multisurface cleaner by it. I decided to give it a shot. I didn't try a hidden spot first. I didn't read any directions. I didn't do anything but spray it on and rub. Once it dried the spot was gone and my roof was still gray and brand new looking! If you have ever had to look for a cloth and then the cleaner then you will appreciate going to one place for it all. Very convenient and works very well. I used this to remove some stains on my 2 sunbrella runner rugs in the entryway ^ Laundry room. Sprayed it on & used an old toothbrush to scrub the spots. Very easy, the results were instant. A little goes a long way and it is hands down better than Armor-All or any other so-called "protectant." I use this on my auto dashes, car seats, motorcycle seats, dashboard instruments, and most other black plastic parts on my car/bike. Not only does it give black plastics a deep, dark color, it stays that way for quite some time. If you periodically treat your stuff with 303 it WILL stay looking like new even in the most brutal conditions. It's neither greasy nor shiny so applying it to your car's dashboard will not create high reflectivity on the inside of your windshield on sunny days. HELLO. I HAVE USED THE PRODUCT ON TWO DIFFERENT ITEMS AND FOUND THAT IT WORKED VERY WELL. ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS A BLACK RESIDUE ON GLASS THAT REGULAR WINDEX WOULD NOT REMOVE BUT THIS PRODUCT DID WITH VERY LITTLE EFFORT. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rating of the product alone would be a 4, as it's useful stuff, but the overall purchase experience was poor. Shipping took eleven days, and what eventually arrived was an unprotected plastic spray bottle in a thin grocery bag, wrapped repeatedly with duct tape, and a shipping label stuck on the tape. The spray handle on the bottle was broken and the bottle had leaked into a mess when unwrapping it. I salvaged what I could into a another spray bottle but that's just unacceptable. If a product can't be shipped in a way to protect it then it shouldn't be shipped at all.
