no directions on how to cut the rope or how to use the remote. terrible shipping from FedEx as box was damaged and put in a bag. typical of this happening as packages are just tossed in the trucks with no care

disappointed in quailty
These lights stopped working. A section of the rope even turned brown. When asking the seller for a refund they are making it difficult. We've still not resolved it. My bank is involved now. My advice only buy in the store.
