I purchased this bag for my Jamaica trip in June. It was very attractive and seemingly sturdy, although the wheels could use updating. Long story, short: It was damaged beyond repair by the time the return flight home landed. If you're using this bag for land travel, it may work for you. Especially if you keep it on the first or second level. If it needs to be handled by airport staff, forget about it and keep looking. This can't hold up to their sumo bag practices. The bottom looked like a busted can of biscuits when it arrived on the carousel and my shoes were almost falling out. If you can afford to buy bags every trip, then go off. On a good note, they [The flying greyhound bus – Southwest ] gave me a $266 flight credit for my damaged bag, so it worked out in the end. God is good… This bag, not so much.
P. S. If you're viewing the photo, this only represents one of the damages. There are three total.
