OK, it just came in now and I must say that I am very impressed with the quality and strength of this thing so far. I don't know how they can make such a good product in the US for such a cheap price! The box was destroyed during shipping, but that didn't matter with this awesome piece of equipment, it was fine. This is just my first observation, I will try to follow up on it's durability when I get it installed. But for now, wow.

The product was very good but the shipping was terrible. After 3 weeks the first order was canceled and it was reordered. It took it 2 weeks before it finally got to me. The box looked like it had been dropped from an airplane. Fed-x was the carrier. My order went several different places before it came to me. Please look at different carriers for the future as I am not the only one with shipping issues. Thanks

I wish there was an additional hole and pin so that the center bar could just be folded up and stowed in the up position instead of having to remove all pins to stow it.

Very heavy duty construction. Good quality workmanship. FedEx lost one pin, but Titan replaced the pin in short time. Satisfied with the product.
