Affordable easier than piano

Delivered to a stranger
This was a gift and I haven't used it or heard about quality of the product itself so my review is entirely about the delivery and customer service. The product showed delivered but I had not received it. When I looked at delivery details I noticed a photo of a front door that was not mine. I wrote to let them know and the response was that the product was delivered to the wrong address and that the customer (myself) should knock on the stranger's door and ask for the package several days after delivery. Period.
