This was the perfect upgrade from my walking pad. I needed something with handrails so I could feel more steady while walking, and this has been perfect. The incline isn't extreme, but you can definitely feel the difference, and it's a great size for home use. My dietitian has me walk for 15 minutes after every meal, so this makes it very easy to stay consistent. I also love the tablet/console mount. I attach my iPad and watch videos while I walk, which makes the time go by quickly. Assembly was very easy too. I'm a 53-year-old woman, and I was able to take it out of the box and put it together myself without any issues. For the price, I think this is an excellent value. Highly recommend!
