Great customer service!
Outstanding customer service and product knowledge. My sales rep advised me exactly how to measure my old axle to get a replacement. Prices were fair and shipping was fast! I placed the order on a Monday and had the axle on my front porch Thursday. Installation went smooth and everything lined up perfectly. Highly recommend Trailer Parts Outlet! I e-mailed a follow up question on tightening the U-bolts and got a call the next morning to make sure I had the info I needed. He also advised me on how to best lubricate the bearings.

Shipping damage
Axle came damaged at both ends. Bearings and caps had to be replaced. Once everything was replaced everything is working and trailer has been repaired
