What a handy little appliance! Fits right into my small garage space and so easy to set-up. Made for extreme hot and cold temperatures that they say will not effect the freezer from functioning properly. A quick glance allows you to see that the unit is operating.

Chest freezer arrived without damage, was very easy to install & start up following the instructions included in the owners manual, and cannot be heard while running. It maintains -20 degrees F temperature at the #4 setting on the dial. A very necessary freezer storage solution for homeowners or apartment dwellers who wish to take advantage of bulk purchase savings of meats and vegetables. Mine holds frozen turkeys, chickens, pizzas, and family size packages of frozen vegetables.

We went online to find a freezer that was not too large, nor too small. We got exactly what we wanted with this Hotpoint 3.6 cu ft. chest freezer. It's perfect for what we need and we're very pleased with its performance. Looks great, works great, clean design. We are satisfied!

I bought this a couple months ago and omg so happy. I stuffed it with meat and other things to freeze. I have only been to the store for vegetables and things that don't keep. I have so much room now to stock up its fabulous and so cold. I thought what I paid for it was completely fair! I would recommend a Hotpoint for sure. They have different sizes to suit your needs!

I've only had this freezer a couple of weeks but it's been a lifesaver. It arrived very well packaged and since I couldn't get help to bring it inside I had to leave it outside during the torrential rains. I opened the outer shipping box and put the top hard packing foam underneath and covered it with a tarp. Our yard was flooded but thanks to great packaging the freezer didn't even get wet. I waited the 24 hours to plug it in and was able to start stocking it the same day. The little green light let's you know that all's well. SO glad I chose Hotpoint!

I bought this to store some bulk freezer items (giant bags of fruit, veggies, and fish, and some other important things, like pizza, bread, and waffles). The freezer is keeping them all cold, as it should. I like that it's smaller and fits well in my apartment. I think the only thing I wish was different is that it came with a longer cord, which is 5 feet long.

I bought this little freezer so I could stock up during the pandemic. It arrived well packaged. I unboxed it, let it settle for 24 hours, cleaned it and plugged it in. Cooled right down. It holds more than I thought and I have almost filled it. Very handy, convenient and works great. Several friends now want one too! So happy I purchased this little freezer.

So far so good. The freezer arrived on schedule in perfect condition. After leveling and cleaning the interior as per the instructions, I plugged it in and ran it for 6 hours at the recommended setting and it was just right. It has worked fine and everything stays nice and frozen. We really like the small footprint and energy efficiency of the appliance. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I am a 75 years old single male and consequently, I don't make large meals, but like to have steaks, seafood on hand, so rather than having to go to the store every day, I order larger quantities of these items. I have recently discovered that my supply is becoming larger that my double door refrigerator/freezer can handle. However, my kitchen is rather small, so I don't have a lot of space available for a backup freezer. Consequently, I decided to order the 3.6 cu ft Manual Defrost Chest Freezer in hopes that it would be small enough to fit in the available space and still large enough to handle the extra freezer storage that I required. I picked it up yesterday and unboxed it this morning. After examining it, I find that it is perfect for my needs. Additionally, I love the top tray basket, as it will make it easy to place items that I intend to prepare, each day, within easy reach. Another plus that I appreciate is the drain being on the front of the chest freezer and at a height that will easily accommodate the placement of a drain pan, thereby making defrosting, when required, much easier to accomplish, Even though I have not actually plugged it in or filled it yet, I can't really comment on the efficiency of it in this review, I anticipate it will be Perfect for My Needs.

Small deep freezer so things need to be moved to get to the lower stuff. Meets our needs for a second freezer for two. There is ice/frost building up at the top of the cavity below the door. This usually means the seal at that point is not good and there is a moist air entering the unit.
