36 Inch Counter-Depth MAX™ Smart French Door Refrigerator with Extra Large 26 cu

I purchased my depth max French door refrigerator a month ago and love it. It is spacious and easy to clean. I am enjoying the ice makers, especially the one in the drawer freezer because it makes lots of ice quickly. The see-through-door is eye catching but not really useful except for conversation and makes me keep things neat. I highly recommend this refrigerator because of it being very functional with great lighting, spacious and easily cleaned. I had a side by side refrigerator/ freezer before and everything fell out of the freezer when I opened the door with a narrow and deep refrigerator that I needed a map to find anything. I can put double in this unit from what I had before. Thanks LG for your design! It's worth 5 stars.

It replaced my old 22 Cu Ft refrigerator and still makes me wonder how it looks snug in the space and still holds more. The compressor hardly makes any noise and therefore makes a perfect companion to a modern kitchen.

I bought this about a month ago and my whole family has been enjoying it. The kids especially like the insta-view feature. And we all appreciate how large it is and accommodates all our food. It is large, but fits perfectly in the kitchen.

I purchased this refrigerator a week ago as a replacement for a similar-styled LG Refrigerator that had a compressor problem after 5.5 years. I'm hopeful that LG has resolved its compressor issues. The style and size are exactly what I wanted and the unit does seem slightly larger than my previous model. The see-through door is not necessary and I would have liked the option not to have this feature. Knocking on the door only gets my dogs barking and really doesn't show anything useful. I also dislike having mismatched doors. So far the refrigerator is working very well. Both ice makers started without a hitch and function smoothly. The unit itself is quiet. I'm not a fan of this outside dispenser, it's not well-lit and at night it's not easy to see if my thermos is full. The inside of the refrigerator also is not as well-lit as my previous model.

I purchased this a few months ago and see a white substance coming out around the mouth of the water dispenser. Called LG and they said it was probably coming from the water filter. I do not have a water filter and did not experience this problem with my old refrigerator. However, the food stays cold and this refrigerator needs more room to hold gallon items like milk and juices.

We bought this refrigerator brand new from the store for our new house and loved the way it looked, but within 8 months the door ice maker started leaking, then the fridge wouldn't keep a good temperature. In the first 12 months we got the E IF code which indicated ice maker fault. I don't not recommend this brand or product. We always bought a gas stove at the same time and within the first year it needed the computer replaced and two burners wouldn't light. I don't not recommend this brand or products.

The craft ice maker quit working the day after the warranty expired. The evaporator quit working next. I had the fan replaced and it lasted about a year before it quit again. Then the compressor started making noise. I'll never buy LG again!
