So the treadmill was listed correctly but other reviews are for a stepper. It's ok though customer service sent me the proper link to the treadmill to look at actual reviews . I like the treadmill but it does seem like the belt is kind of resistant and you really have to get it going with force. Very slow to start up but all the features work very well. It is not apple user friendly for the Bluetooth speakers so idk why they advertise the holder can hold an iPad. Haven't tried using it for my phone but seems sturdy. Was hard to unscrew the screws with the tool given so i recommend grabbing a screw driver

This treadmill is super easy to set up. I just love the Bluetooth speakers. The length and width are perfect for my stride. I highly recommend this product. But only when on sale otherwise it is very expensive.

This is a Christmas gift, so I cannot rate anything other than delivery, until after Christmas. Delivery was excellent.

Good product with one exception. I am annoyed each time I get on this thing because of the placement of the handles. I have to move my arms a bit unnaturally in order to keep from hitting my hands on those handles. My spouse has the same problem. We are both 5'11". I assume they are in a perfect position for someone in rehab but otherwise why are they even there? If I had been able to try this treadmill in person before ordering it, I may have chosen something different.

It would be great for very small spaces but the tread is too short, as you have to be very mindful not to step off the track. Also the dashboard display is not very intuitive. For the cost? It's good value and we'll continue to use it. It is light-weight and can store easily, I just wish the tread was longer.

Too be very clear, if you purchase the cheapest version of this product, ypu get exactly what you pay for. Its small, with limited controls and no advanced technology. The pictures are highly distorted to make it appear closer to a gym style. If you need small and cheap, this will work. Make sure to look at the pictures very closely to see how big each version is. The smallest has a belt that is only 15 3/4 inches wide. My size 12 shoes barely fit. Again, don't be under the delusion this is a gym style treadmill, it is not. Its a personal, at home, device meant for small spaces.

it doesn't do elevation. 64 programs are on app and have to pay. its a cheaply made noway it was worth $799, more like $99. it has rough finish

They advertise 10-12% incline but first of all that is a manual incline and literally a negligible incline. Very unresponsive customer service. Not at all satisfactory product.

Worked for about a week, then started randomly losing the tension and my feet would drop unexpectedly - which is a bit dangerous. Sadly, I threw the box away so didn't bother returning, Thankfully I purchased on clearance so didn't pay near full price. But, I wouldn't waste your money.

after paying 60.00 to have put together ,it won't work at all..
