We ordered one in orange and on in teal. Perfect math for our room. so sof and relaxing. Completely satisfied with delivery, set up, and customer servie Lydia when we need some help with shipping dates. We are going to order 2 another pairs for other rooms for theaopy and relief of stress. Highly recommended.

Taking the affordability into consideration, I give this chair 4 stars. Small things that make giving it a 5 not an option for me-it's a little difficult to get out of the chair due to how hard you have to push down on the recliner. Also, I wish the reclining part was two or three inches longer. I'm only 5'5" and still find a good bit of my legs dangling off. Lastly, the little handle you pull to get the chair to recline is not visually appealing and could have been designed with aesthetic more in mind: it is a cheap plastic handle. On to the positives: the heating element and massage feature both work really well. I imagine for most it was easy to put together; I did it alone and it took me three hours due to my own shortcomings, I suppose, in the furniture assembly arena. The chair is comfortable and a nice price for what you get. I enjoy this any time of day, but especially after a long day that included exercising.

I can not get the chair to recline. Beautiful chair wish I could get it to work.

This rocker is not safe! The pull handle makes the leg rest spring up quickly, the chair rocks. Then, to get the leg rest down, it takes a great deal of leg strength or you have to get out of the chair entirely and lower the leg rest by forcefully pushing down. Assembly was a joke - the L and R stickers were backwards. Our product came with a rip in the arm cover. We have not got the heat working yet!!

Cheaply made got what a paid a piece of crap

The massage aspect is nice. But the back does not stay down for a laying position unless you are a heavy person or are sitting on it. The sides and arms are held on my small metal slides and push out all the time.
