love them
got this for my older 3m work tunes. they fit but you have to use silicon sealant to install them. They work better then the original's ones. You can really hear the radio now.

Mixed review, please read my comments before order
I cannot give this item a five star rating, but that is NOT the fault of the product. It lists as a direct replacement for WorkTunes headphone cushions, but they are NOT direct fit. You can replace the original foam types with these, but you will need either a good quality glue/cement or double stick tape sheets, like the kind 3M makes for car accessories. Otherwise, this is a good product,

Just right, excellently easy to replace
I love the simplicity of popping off the old ones and attaching the new ones. They feel great over my ears but I wonder how resistant the outside material is to rips etc.
