3M Basic Duct Tape, 1055-3PK, 1.88 inch by 55 yards, 3 Rolls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of 3M™ Basic Duct Tape in exchange for an honest review. Being a 3M product, I expected great performance and this duct tape did not disappoint. I have used other tapes prior where they worked for a while and then the adhesive weakened causing the tape to separate from the surface. Not this tape. The adhesive is strong and held right where it was placed. No peeling or anything after application. I will purchase 3M over other brands in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a heavy duty product but great for everyday basic uses like bundling cords or boxes. Good amount of stickiness and tears relatively easy with no scissors or knives needed. An overall good household staple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tape on many different projects in my home. This time was wrapping a cardboard box to hold my dogs food that he gets all over the floor. It helps to keep the floor dry and does not come off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Better than your basic utility duct tape! This tape really did the job. With just one piece, the box was thoroughly secured! Smooth ends, easy to affix and does not unstick once put in place. It also is a really nice size roll of tape. I can telll I won't be running out of tape anytime soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They say that a good Duct Tape can fix anything and that it should be a staple in your home and well, I agree 100% with this statement! I use duct tape for pretty much anything. This 3M Basic Utility Duct Tape comes in clutch when installing the window unit AC for the warmer months. It's helped seal up any gaps between the window frame and the AC to keep out bugs and keep the cool air inside where it belongs. And as some people, I've used it for covering rips and tears in older office furniture. It's got great adhesive and hasn't lifted from the edges, especially with all of the movement and body heat on the chair. It cuts easily with a good pair of sharp scissors, no edge fraying or annoying uneven ripping from the roll. This will remain a staple in my home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for the utility duct tape. It has been very useful for securing stereo wires so they do not slip out of connection. The tape is easy to use and will tear easily so you do not have use scissors.

It's strong and tears easy without a scissor. The width makes it great for patching up or holding thing together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item free from 3M, and then used it. I think the duct tape worked well. I used it for both a rake handle which had splintered, and a package I mailed. The tape was easy to rip with my fingers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duct tape is very flexible. It was easy to tear, though not always a clean tear. On the two items I used it, it seemed to hold better on the plastic. On the cardboard boxes it let loose on the sides. This would be good when you needed a bit more flexibility in taping around irregular shapes or tighter spaces.
