This tape does not stick to my skin. It sticks to itself. Therefore it comes off so easy! Its to wrap around fingers, toes, arms, legs, wherever you need it to hold your dressing in place. I cut telfa to the size I need and then use this tape to hold it in place. Done. And no ripping skin to get it off. I specifically ask for coban at the lab where I get my blood drawn. They always have it on hand. You can also cut the tape itself if it's too wide.

This tape is a versatile option for dressing wounds. When removing from skin , it easily comes off. Used by doctors and labs.

I don't know what you mean about water. Coban doesn't have water. It's a great product for sensitive skin. It's the best.

Bought this for a leg wound. Was ok till in bed, where it rolled down and came off the wound
