I like everything about these Command wire hooks. I use them in my pantry, in the garage, in our sheds and anywhere that I have need of hanging things. They hold the weight they're stated as being able to hold and have never come loose.
Of course I would buy these again...they're batteries! Hahaha!
fast delivery, I use these hooks for many projects around the house. Very dependable.
I just had a new broom closet made in my laundry room. These large wire hangers are just perfect for everything from cordless vacuum cleaners to brooms and dust pans. This hanger holds up to 5 pounds and serves well for all those cloth carrying bags we all have to use at the grocery stores now.The beauty of these hangers is you can place them anywhere and move them if you have to. I have a wreath that is decorated with small ceramic angels which I hang over the fireplace in our formal living room. Before Command hooks we used suction cup hooks for this job (and sometimes the hooks let go and down came our wreath - angels and all! BUT, with the Command Wire Hook (we use 2 because of the size of the wreath)we have not had one problem and our angels stay "aloft" all through the holidays.
When I first saw this product I thought is was so cool! It is perfect for hanging up my quilting rulers to keep them from being damaged. I attached the hook to the side of my yarn cabinet that faces my cutting table and the rulers are readily available. The hook itself is long enough to hold my four rulers and it's just at the right angle so they don't fall off. When I'm not cutting fabric I hang my cutting mat on one of these large wire hooks that is attached to my file cabinet that is next to my yarn cabinet with just enough space between the two for my mat. I love all the products in the Command line. They help me stay organized.
In my home office my wireless phone headset was taking up desk space and was in danger of being damaged by falling off or getting "buried" with heavy objects. I tried various options but a simple large wire command hook was the best option I found. The wire is the right size to accommodate the bulky headband. I could mount the hook so that I could reach the headphones at a moment's notice and yet close enough to accommodate the too short power cord for easy recharging. This jacket fits just right. Has a nice heavy feel. Wish sleeve button/holes were a bit tighter so it wouldn't slip down over my hands. And the buttonholes on the front weren't quite opened enough for the buttons…nothing that my pocketknife couldn't fix.
I bought these a few months ago to hang up my broom and mop in my mudd room. Love the fact that my stuff is out of the way. Also like the idea that I didn't have to drill into my walls. I gave this product 4 stars only because this hook comes on and off and I really don't like that feature at all. Every time I take my broom down it comes off and I have to put the wire hook back in and slide back on over plastic piece. Not fun!!!
We bought three of these. I followed the directions to a T. Waited an hour. As soon as I set the broom on the hook, the hook peeled off the wall. I tried again, waited another hour, same thing. I thought maybe the surface wasn't smooth enough or had gotten dirty, but after changing to a new location, same thing. My husband thought I must be doing something wrong, so he tried with a new hook, same thing, twice! We had purchased replacement strips, so we tried those also. Still didn't work. Basically wasted a whole day on this project. What a waste of time and money!
