I have used multiple earplugs as I have done shooting, machine work and have used earplugs for general use just to block noise in shopping malls and such. These earplugs are easily the most comfortable I have used and they are are easy to insert. They have a very slight texture feel on them which makes them feel silky. Being narrow at the top they insert easily and the triple flange blocks noise but is flexible enough not to cause discomfort for all day use There is no waiting for them to expand either. I have had some other earplugs give me headaches after a few hours due to pressure on the ear canal. These have no such problems. They block loud noises to a safe level such as in machine areas but allow for clear distinguishing of lower level noises such as conversation. Conversation is slightly muffled but the effect is evenly distributed throughout frequencies. I have used these while working retail and have still been able to hear people easily enough while drowning out the high pitch noise of children screaming to a tolerable level. These earplugs are bright orange for safety. I have seen yellow too but I have been able to cover them with my long hair in retail and no-one could tell I had them in. These earplugs are reusable and easy to clean with just some soap and water. They come with an attached cord but I pulled the cord out and find them easier to use without. They will last years as I have had a pair for at least 2 years still going strong. There is no offensive odour as they are made from silicone, and they do not get sticky or disintegrate like foam earplugs do. They come with a white case for easy storage and transport which helps them to stay clean and easily accessible. You could probably attach a small key chain ring on it. It unfortunately doesn't come with a key chain attachment for storage on a belt or key chain. As it is you would have to keep the container in a pocket or something. Removal is quick and easy. This should go without saying but for the most part just gently pull out. I personally find that a slight twist while pulling is most comfortable to avoid any sudden pressure changes in the ear. Prices would probably vary from stores but these have far exceeded other earplugs I have used in which the price was more than double. These earplugs are great value for money and always a staple in my bag and toolbox. Highly recommended.
Perfect for noisy power tools.
Very good product . Thanks
Product has an excellent quality
good fit
Before i bought this, i used my headphone to cover up my ear but it is so heavy and not that efficient to reduce noise and it make my neck so pain. after i done research about this product and decided to buy it .Now im so satisfied with it. (Small, comfortable, affordable and good efficiency). i love this product.
I carry 3M TEKK ear plugs in my pocket all the time because they're so convenient, so I actually wear them when ever I'm around equipment or other noise sources. I can wear the plugs with any clothing or PPE, and the cord keeps them from getting lost when I take them out. At 40, I still have full hearing thanks to regular use of hearing protection.
They are light, easy to carry with a practical case to keep them in good condition. They can be easily attached and stay installed unlike foam plugs
I like these and use them often. BUT the portion that you grasp to remove them should be longer. I have pulled the cord out of the plug on all of these that I have used.
Perhaps the plugs are too big for my ear??? But they do not do a thing in keeping out any noise.
