3M Hi-Strength 90 Contact Adhesive, 17.6 oz, 1 Can

I RECIEVED 3M Hi- Strength 90, this product it is great . It is better than the 77 adhesive. I used on my 200 Dodge headliner. it is wonderful, it stuck the material quick. I highly recommend it. I like to apply woodgrain contact vinyl to the dash inserts of trucks and it really adds to the look of the interiors. This 3M Hi-Strength contact adhesive solved the biggest problem I was having with my projects (the contact vinyl would eventually pull up and ruin the job) not anymore. This is the bomb. I fixed the headliner in my truck. It sagged down and I just sprayed the ceiling, held the fabric up and it has stuck. Driving with the windows down at 65 and no issues. My son had a sole come off on his favorite tennis shoes. Yup, sprayed the two surfaces and held them together. He is still wearing those shoes. The wife's car headliner was falling down in several places so I used 3M™ Hi-Strength 90 Contact Adhesive to stick it back up. Not a surprise to me but the 3M™ Hi-Strength 90 Contact Adhesive was perfect for installing a headliner on the wife's car. I received this product a couple of weeks ago and had a few projects that I wanted to use it on. WOW!!!! It worked so good that my wife and I found several other projects that this was perfect to use on. We are DIY'ERs and used this on some of her paper craft and I use it on the small wooden toys I build for my grandchildren. I received this 3M Hi-Strength 90 Contact Adhesive as a free sample to review. Impressive strength with quick bonding time. Received a free Hi strength 90 adhesive to evaluate and it works well following instructions with applying to both surfaces in a well ventilated area. The nozzle has an adjustable spray pattern with a volume of adhesive flowing either low, medium or high. However there are health restrictions and additional chemicals need to be purchased for any clean-up . Valve has residue left after use and needs to be cleaned. I received a free sample of this spray contact adhesive form 3M for my honest review. Well I've had a couple of loose pieces of Formica trim that I decided to give this a try on and see how it went. I followed the directions and its still attached a month later with the abuse it takes daily. I will use it again when other occasions arise or other projects come up. The first sign when I began using it was that it wouldn't spray after vigorously shaking it for 3 minutes. I had high hopes that this 3M adhesive would be able to bond a 6" x 8" 3/4" piece of plywood to a similar sized piece of plastic stair tread. I followed the directions exactly as printed, coated both materials with 3 coats, waited until they both passed the "knuckle test", then pressed them together. I then clamped them and waited 24 hours. The next day they seemed to be properly adhered prior to so, I mounted them. As I was testing them by applying pressure and then releasing pressure, both pieces of plastic came off the plywood revealing that the adhesive only stuck in three quarter sized places on the plastic! I don't know why it didn't work because 3M HI-STRENGTH 90 Contact Adhesive is advertised as being “Industrial Strength” and adheres to both wood and plastics.
