I used them at a sporting event and he kept them on comfortably with little resistance. He seemed comfortable throughout the event.

This probably the cutest hearing protection i ever seen, my daughter loves them and won't mind wearing them all the time! We have tested them only indoor so far and they do an amazing job as noise cancellation and my baby won't bother vacuuming, blenders noises etc anymore! She seems all relaxed and content playing with her toys peacefully. I cannot wait to try them for outdoor fireworks next July. these earmuffs work great! I used them for my 4 year old son when we were dove hunting. he left them on the whole time so they were very comfortable for him. he was still able to hear me talk to him while he was wearing them. My son has big challenges with loud noises. At basketball games, the buzzers set him off. The week of July 4th is a nightmare for him as he gets easily perturbed by the exploding fireworks. He tried these on and smiled so bright and said "I can finally see the fireworks!" We can't wait to use these for sports events and other loud areas (probably including the weekly thunderstorms that plague our area). They are quite comfortable and easy to put on and take off. My son struggles with loud noises and we've been searching for the perfect set of noise cancelling headphones for him. We had a pair but it looked so blah and barely stayed on properly. These 3M Kids Hearing Protection Plus headphones were perfect!! The colors are perfect for a boy or girl. Once he had them on, he started talking louder than normal so we knew they were definitely cutting out the noise! My 8 year old daughter was recently able to try out the 3M Kids Hearing Protection Plus while helping her Daddy with the yard work.They were fantastic! Easy to adjust, fit her head and ears well and significantly lowered the volume of the yard equipment while still being able to hear instructions from my husband. These work really great at keeping loud noises out. The color really pops also. The only bad things are they aren't adjustable and if you don't have them securely over the ear, they can actually amplify sound. But overall they do what they are supposed to do.
