Excellent combination of acoustics and ergonomics.
The Master Cardiology exceeded expectations when I used my first one more than twenty-five years ago. Working as a trauma surgeon and an ERP in both civilian and tactical environments I have been impressed with the ability to discern subtle auscultatory findings within a loud ambient noise environment. The craftsmanship and durability of the Littmann, in my opinion, are without parallel. The Master series remains high on my list of recommended equipment. Thanks for an outstanding product.

Fantastic Sthethoscope
This is an amazing instrument. I have even caught murmurs and rubs the cardiologists I work with didn't catch. Wouldn't own another stethoscope!

Its a great tool, even more so for paramedics when we are on moving rigs.

Not as good as Cardiology S.T.C.
I had the Littman Cardiology S.T.C. for years and loved it. I had the tube replaced twice when it cracked. I stupidly bought the Littman Master Cardiology with the brass chest piece and quite honestly it one of the worst stethoscopes I have owned. The chest piece is round instead of oval and I think that is one reason the acoustics are so poor. I would go back to the S.T.C. in a "heartbeat."
