3M VFlex Particulate Respirator 9105, N95

I work in a warehouse and regularly work 12 hour shifts where I wear a N95 for the entire time for protection from COVID and to help with severe allergies working with green coffee. These are by far the most comfortable and breathable N95s that I've found, but would be too large for many faces. I have a relatively large face with an angular nose and these are one of the only masks I've found that consistently passes a fit test on me.

These masks are comfortable and protective with a cost-effective quantity per box.

This mask is comfortable and extremely breathable. Fits very securely with no leakage whatsoever. The material never touches your mouth or nostrils so you don't feel like you're being gagged. Eyeglass fogging still occurs, but much, much less than with any other mask I've worn. Fine-tuning where the nosepiece sits, even by a millimeter or two, can help resolve most fogging issues. Because of the snugness of the mask, it does tend to leave indents in your skin, especially along the upper edge along the cheekbones. The “wings” on each side of the mask look odd, but it's a great way to adjust or remove the mask without touching the mouth portion itself. If you need to wear a mask, then I highly recommend this 3M model. It has a lot of great features and makes me feel much safer than other masks. Thanks, 3M!

This mask is super comfortable and fits a wide range of faces and has proven to keep us all safe. I especially appreciate the adjustable the straps so that the fit can be further customized. As a critical care nurse in Covid every day, this is the best fitting mask that I have worn of the several that the hospital provides for us. The hospital stopped carrying this model so a couple of my fellow nurses (and one doctor) and I have decided to buy them on our own - that is how much we love it.

Easy to breathe through and the best respirator I have used for maximizing the overtones during singing while providing protection. Sturdy strap and comfortable, too. Not a fashion accessory, but high functionality for what I need outside of my work as a nurse.

Easy breathing, the least intrusive N95 mask I have found. I have even slept in it (in a hospital room as the assisting family member). NOT for a quick doff and don, such as running into an indoor space, where the mask is needed, for a few minutes and then back out. You will have to figure out a way to easily put it on for yourself. Both straps are identical, including the same attachment point. [I find the metal nose strip, pre-bend it for the bridge of the nose, spread it and the point opposite on the lower side vertically - opening the mask, then with right-hand thumb inside the mask on the center of the nose strip and right-hand forefinger on the outside - together holding the mask at the top, I put the two straps over the top of the forefinger and clamp them there with the middle finger of the right hand, spread the mask bottom down with the left hand and put the mask on my face - keeping the straps clamped. I hold the mask on my face with my left hand and use the left-hand middle finger under the straps to keep them up off the mask (where you cannot find them) while I move each strap - one at a time - behind my head with my right hand - one below the ear and the other above. Adjust the mask by pinching the nose strip on the nose and pulling the lower edge about halfway back on the lower jaw. A good face seal is then automatic. Well worth the trouble if you are going to wear the mask for more than a few minutes.] Straps last for a number of uses.

This is the first mask that has really fit my face and it has lots of room to breathe. It is roomy enough that I am able to exercise in it. Even though I have a beard, it fits closely enough to my face that I only get negligible leakage. And I've gotten some great duck-bill comments when wearing it.

A good choice if you have a larger head. These are definitely more roomy than a standard n95 mask. They don't have that over-tight, restrictive feeling that standard n95s have. That said, if you have a smaller head, these may not be a good pick. Im an adult male with a narrow head that's smaller than average, and I feel like I'm constantly needing to adjust it to keep a good seal. If my hands are full and I can't adjust it, it eventually slides down my nose and is no longer protective. It seems.like it would be great for larger heads or more round faces.

This lacks the foam nose piece of the 9210, which was an unpleant surprise. It seems much less likely to give a good face seal.
