Great for the price
Fit into my sports bras nicely. The inserts they came with fell apart and I thought I would have to buy new bras. They are pretty stiff, but thin, which is perfect for me. The 3-pack picture shows 3 colors (white, nude, and black) but I got 3 sets of black. Which still works ok, just wasn't what I was expecting. Overall, for the price, these are great. Came faster than they said.

Not for me, uncomfortable
They shift and itch, feels like something sharp poking but can't seem to figure out where. They are lumpy. I have simple inserts and only use these when they are being washed. I wear a lot of sports bras for comfort but like to keep my areas covered. I washed them to see if it helped, it didn't. I personally don't like them.
