i thought the different colors would mean differen
I thought the different colors would mean different amounts of strengths to squeeze them. The elastic exercise bands are color coded for the different amount if pressure that is required to stretch them. But these seem to all be the same. I still believe my doing more reps I can use them to build up strength in my hands and forearms. just do more reps. keep them handy and pick them up more often.

All the same
I was really hoping I could use these to build the strength in my hand. Unfortunately, they are all the same density so there's no way for me to work up to build the strength. I can hardly squeeze it any of them at all with the hand that I need to work on.

Ball is too firm. Not easy to squeeze
The ball is very dense, so for someone with weak hands and fingers, there is no exercise benefits.
