This package was overall very cute and well put together. I consider it a great purchase for our construction loving little birthday boy. Pros: Comes with cute fake tattoos that you can use at a birthday party Designs on latex balloons are cute, even when blowns up Aluminum balloons hold helium great (just dont inflate the tiny ones with helium - the material of the balloon is heavier than the amount of helium it can hold. Planning to use those for the balloon arch!) Colors are vibrant and as pictured Has glue dots, string, and a straw for the balloons if you want a balloon arch Cute construction paper trucks with toothpicks for cake/cupcakes etc Cons: Birthday banner isn't prestrung, but comes with string to put it together There isn't a plastic roll that has holes for the balloon garland - just string Overall happy with purchase and would recommend!
