4 Film Favorites: TMNT (BD)(4FF) [Blu-ray]

First, regarding the blu-rays: they worked great. Excellent picture quality. The first movie is still grainy, but that's because it was grainy when they filmed it in 1990. No real special features to speak of except for the 4th one, but that's okay. Captions and alternate languages included. As for the movies themselves, don't be looking for high cinema. But they're fun, fairly family-friendly ninja movies. The first one in particular has some cussing and edginess to it, but the overall themes of brotherhood, fun, reconciliation, teamwork, all that are pretty good. As I indicated, don't expect Oscar-level stories or anything, but they're fun. What do you expect from mutant, ninjas, teenage, turtles? For the price, too, you get 4 movies, and it's a good deal. Pleased with the purchase. Would recommend.

These movies have been hard for me to hold on to since this is the 4th time replacing them. I originally owned the first 3 films back when VHS was a thing, then I eventually repurchased them as a DVD set which also came with the animated fourth film TMNT (love it btw). then about 10-12 years ago I bought all 4 films indivdually on Blu-ray and passed my DVD set on to my cousin. well the Blu-rays all disappeared (stolen probably). I'm glad I found this set at such an amazingly low price, so I repurchased the set along with the 2 newer live action films. I already have Mutant Mayhem, and wanted to get the rest of the movies. Next up for me, getting the original Animated Series.

I love ninja turtles. These are a great collection of the movies and the picture is really good

Loved these movies as a kid and was great to revisit them on Blu-ray. Good value to get 4 movies for this price!

This movie 4 pack contains an animated feature that was actually part of the original feature films that were released in theaters. Any Turtles fans will love this.

some of the discs were loose and i had to clean them off, but they worked fine.

This isn't a critique on the movies, but on the quality of Walmart's handling. Multiple discs skipped, one so bad it jumped over multiple scenes. I felt like I paid full price for a used disc set, despite being new in the package.
