USB unpackaged
This USB device came unpackaged which concerns me. How do I know the device has NOT been tampered with? With cybersecurity on the rise it makes me nervous to use this in my computer or iPhone.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
I asked that packages be delivered to the porch %26 that they knock on the door. Package was left in the mailbox - where anyone can get it - except for me - I am disabled. I had to call to find out where it was left - it didn't even say in the notice of delivery. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!

product is good for older phones not new phones it did not say that in the description. it will not work on my new phone waste of my money and time you have to download an app to make it work it doesn't tell you that in the item description either. The app clearly tells you it's for old systems.
