waste of time and money
This is supposed to be a 4-inch mattress topper. At most it's an inch and a half. Been waiting over 24 hours and it doesn't get any thicker. Waste of money.

Damaged 4 inch mattress topper
Rotten around edges big cracks , got this for my mom’s new bed after my dad just passed away and she moved in with me. This won’t last long at all, too much money for bad or damaged goods. Very disappointed, now we’ll have to go a different route. I love my mom and she won’t be sleeping on this.

Don’t buy
It bounces back into shape but when you lay on it you sink and the sides stay up and you can’t even move. It’s too thick to be comfortable. Go figure plus doesn’t cool

Mattress did not expand properly
As directed, I took the item out of the package and allowed the mattress to off-gas for about a week. Unfortunately, the 4 inches or so on both the top and the bottom of the mattress have never expanded, but instead remain very compact, hard, and flat. This effectively reduces the effective length of the mattress by about 8 inches. Since I am a tall person, that makes the product relatively worthless to me.

The mattress pad would not inflate completely. The corners are still flat.
