This product was delayed twice. When we finally received the order one of the tires was damaged. I contacted Walmart Online Customer Service. Amy assured me I would be getting an email from a third-party and to-date have not have heard neither from Walmart or "third-party."
The tires I received are not the tires advertised. See attached photos, please. I didn't need dolly tires. I needed something for more rugged terrain with my cart. The first two photos are what was advertised and the second two are what I received.
