Healthy Mac n Cheese
High protein Mac n Cheese is much better tasting than the usual. We often add peas, broccoli and a protein for a full meal.

Banza .Mac n cheese
Banza noodles are very tasty. Not like wheat pasta which has a gritty texture and is kind of nasty tasting. The great thing is the amount of protein you get and the low glicemic index. I love noodles, and when I was diagnosed with diabetes I gave up all things white- flour- pasta- rice. I thought my world had come to an end. I absolutely missed my pasta. Today I can have as much Banza pasta as I want. The Mac n cheese is nice n creamy and it's great to have a choice of flavors.

Love this!
Being gluten intolerant is frustrating to say the least but this macaroni and cheese makes it easier. I love it and it is very satisfying. Thank you for this great product!

Chick pea noodle review.
The first time I cooked with your noodles, I didn't tell anyone for a couple of days that the noodles where made from chick peas. They never knew the difference, so that is all we cook with now.

Pretty bland flavor
Cooks up fine. Doesn't have much flavor and it certainly doesn't taste like white cheddar, which is the only Mac n cheese I like.

The texture is not at all what I expected from pasta. Not only that, the cheese sauce was way too watery, and the taste was horrible. I'm sure some people might like it, but I bought this as a lower carb alternative, and even that wasn't that great. If you're looking for this as a diabetic, just go with the full carb mac and cheese. It tastes better, and you're going to raise your sugar either way.
