Fish tacos anyone?
I thought this sounded interesting for fish tacos. Using fresh tilapia fillets, I dipped them in flour, then egg wash, then a mixture of this mix and plain Panko crumbs. I thought this sounded interesting for fish tacos. Using fresh tilapia fillets, I dipped them in flour, then egg wash, then a mixture of this mix and plain Panko crumbs. (We have kids that don't like really spicy food yet.) I then baked the fish a few inches from the top. The fillets came out crunchy and flavorful. This seasoning worked great for fish tacos.

Awesome flavor!
Wow! These panko bread crumbs were really delicious! I use them tonight on mahi mahi filets and they were so good. The amount of heat from the chili was there but not too overpowering and the hint of lime was a nice touch. They could have been a little crispier, but other than that I was very pleased with it overall. I will definitely be keeping these on hand in the future!

Better than Shake-n-Bake
This has great flavor!! I used it on some pork chops and some chicken thighs and both turned out great. It has much better flavor than Shake-n-Bake does.

i love spicy and lime together, but the spice really overpowered the lime!! It really had my whole family asking, "Where's the Lime?" I even sprinkled it with lime juice, and still the spice was overpowering it. I have 1 more packet and try soaking the chicken in pure lime juice and zest overnight and see if it helps 🤞
