When making my “signature “ chili, recipe I'm loyal to Brooks Chili Beans. The texture, %26 taste are rewarding. Try mixing a “ho”t can %26 a “mild” can %26 you'll find a perfect balance that's over the top. (I can't tolerate spicy foods because of GI issues) but this combination. It's on point
they are great beans that have been around forever. Mom always used them in her chili. She made the best chili so delicious 😋. Easy to chew and perfect size.
Great value with the large can. Seasoned beans easy to use to make chili, just add meat and chili seasoned sauce, good to go!
I only use Brook's hot chili beans for my chili. They have enough flavor that I do not need to add chili pepper to the chili.
I wont use any beans in my chile except these, and i love both mild and hot. Walmart is one of the only stores that stock
The only brand I will use! SPICEY! My family loves chili. I make a HUGE big pot %26 freeze some. The MILD is also good. Sometimes I mix both.
I have been using these beans in my chili for years. It says Hot but they are not, they just have good spices in them. They used to be easy to find in the grocery stores but now all I can find is the Mild.
Didn't realize the can was so big, wanted regular size. Not sure have to save 1/2 for later.
Hadn't had them since size of can was made smaller. Beans were very tightly packed with less moisture and quality had gone down. Still so much better for chili though than anything available in grocery stores in Florida.
Always buy this brand of chili beans as it ALWAYS does the job in making my chili its best. The beans were good quality, texture was fine, and taste was perfect!
