[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle with super dry chapped lips literally in any weather and on too of that my skin is sensitive to scents, this product has helped me out so much im on my second tube because i carry it with me wherever i go. It makes my lips so soft and it does what it says and conditions my lips.

My lips were getting really dry from the cold weather and harsh winds. Regular chapstick wasn't working for me. I saw Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning and figured why not try it. I'm so glad I did, my lips were dried, cracked, and peeling to instantly healing. I like how soft it made my lips after healing them and that I can apply before bed for extra protection.

I love this lip balm! Goes on so smooth, and leaves my lips feeling silky and moisturized for hours! I love my original Burt's peppermint lip balm for the cooling effect, and really wish they made a peppermint version of this lip balm as I prefer the silky, smooth texture of this balm over the original.

This is my all-time favorite lip balm. This Christmas, everyone gets it in their stocking!

It didn't have a scent which was nice. The packaging was like any other lip balm I've tried before. It helped with my dry lips temporarily but not for the long run.

After using this lip balm just a few times, it is helping my lips heal and lasts long enough to make it so I can't pick at it. I'm not crazy about the smell/taste, it is definitely very different than the original Burt's Bees chapstick. But for these results, I don't mind it at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this chapstick. It feels soft on the lips and the softness last a little while after application. I use it more when I notice my lips feeling dry but im looking forward to trying to use it more often to see if it will also heal the chapped lips. So far I have no complaints
