Bush's black beans are flavorful and always fresh tasting with an excellent texture. One thing I've noticed is the beans fill the can with minimal liquid. Other brands I've purchased are 2/3 beans and 1/3 liquid.

Thus was my first time buying canned black beans and I was not disappointed. The taste was good and I used them I. A salad and it was very delicious.

It is not fair to say that black beans are black beans regardless of the brand. Bush's tends to have the best quality at a competitive price. At the time of purchase, I was able to get six of these giant cans for the price of four elsewhere. I recommend going with quality and going the Bush's route.

They are beans, they taste fine, the sale price now is quite cheap, no complaints. I love how every 1 star review here is complaining about dented cans: "these cans are dented beyond repair!" "these cans were dented and I had to throw them away!" Guess what? I had some cans that were dented (gasp!) and some that were in perfect shape. The beans inside the dented cans were... wait for it... EXACTLY THE SAME as the beans in the perfect cans! That's how metal cans work! I find Walmart actually packs stuff significantly better than Amazon most times and Fedex is generally better than USPS in not trashing boxes. I understand if you get a smashed TV shipped to you, sure, complain then, but you all just sound like whiny babies, grow up, and go buy them at the store so you can only pick out the most perfect cans if it matters that much to you. When you order stuff online it gets banged around, that's life.

My can was bent

Purchasers must be vigilant and inspect canned goods immediately. unfortunately, I did not so am stuck with 2 cans of horribly damaged contents and since my purchase was more than 30 days past, I'm stuck with cost tax for items that are not safe to eat.

I ordered Bush's black beans, 26.5 oz. Cans, in a MULTIPACK OF 12 PER PACK! AND I ORDERED 2 OF THEM! NOT 24 LARGE CANS THROWN IN A BOX ON TOP OF MY 5 PLASTIC JARS OF INSTANT COFFEE! What kind of idiot does this? Cans are all dented, coffee is all mashed.............PLUS THE BOX WAS UNGODLY HEAVY! Stupid, just stupid.
