Calm, cozy, and trying to keep you healthy. This is a nice step up from regular Sleepytime—same relaxing vibe, but with that little “I'm doing something good for myself” boost. Flavor is mellow and slightly herbal. Not super sweet, but comforting once you get used to it. Perfect for winding down at night, especially when you feel something coming on or just want a routine. Not a miracle cure, but it feels good, tastes decent, and helps you slow down—which honestly counts for a lot.

Herbal sleep time. Relaxing flavor that soothes my cold symptoms. I did follow the directions. The tea positively alleviated my cold symptoms and IT IS VERY POWERFUL. I drank the tea for about 5 days. I felt better each day as i continued to go to work.

This particular brand of Sleepy Time Tea seems to be more effective because it contains Echinacea which supports your body's defenses with vitamin C and zinc an extremely good choice for extra added protection during winter

This got me thru a horrible winter cold. It helped me breath and sleep so much better. Definitely give it a try if you feel anything coming on. It even works for allergies.

My sister has cancer, she was given 6 months, she drinks this tea everyday, she is on her 9 th month of life with brain cancer, I have been buying this tea for her the whole time, I myself have started drinking it. Taste good too.

This works so well!!! I absolutely love this , and with just a little bit of honey and warm milk and it’s very delicious 🤤 I can’t sleep well without it!

I love this tea. I bought this when I was not feeling too well. I felt feverish and overall just icky and not very good. I was hesitant on drinking hot tea because I already felt warm inside but the Spearmint and Peppermint added a nice cooling effect. I love that this tea has Chamomile, Lemongrass, Tilia Flowers and Orange Blossoms that help to calm and relax so you can rest but Echinacea, vitamin C, and zinc to help you feel better fast. I found this tea to be very soothing and relaxing. I love that it has the mints that give it that something extra. I have since purchased more for my family and we alternate this with another bedtime tea we like.

I find if I drink two or so cups (brewed for at least 15 minutes) when I feel a cold coming on, I can often escape it.

I take this at bedtime. I bought this when the pharmacy was out of echinacea capsules, due to coronavirus shortages.

i have not used this yet. HOWEVER, I sent several boxes to my sister who informed me it helps her sleep very well at night. I have purchased about 30 boxes of various sleepytime tea i will be using this winter.
