They're beneficial
I order these for my 31 yr old son who's single and doesn't eat a healthy diet. He was taking a different gummies brand but the flavor wasn't appealing so he went many months not taking anything. Then more than few times felt like he was coming down with something like a cold virus but fortunately recovered quickly then I decided to send him these. They're actually working. He no longer has the periodic episodes feeling "under the weather".
