I had to take one star off because the size of these are disturbingly large. I take 14 medications daily, none come even close to this horse pill. But I have to be honest, since we started buying these Centrum Silver Adults 50 plus Multivitamins, my blood work that I get every month has significantly improved. At first my doctor commented that i must be making better choices but to be honest, thats not the case. When we thought it through more we realized that the difference has to be this multivitamin. I am usually very low on calcium, iron, and several B vitamins. They have all normalized. The price on this is doable for both my husband and myself. He is 74 and I am 65 and feeling any benefits to becoming healthier at our ages, considering our bleak medical conditions, it's a real plus. Especially for taking something so inexpensive. Ya know, I'm 67. And this stuff, can't keep up with me. It makes me feel like all I want to do is sit around all day. So, I switched back to Centrum. Much better, for the routine that I need to do.

I keep asking these delivery drivers to leave my purchases inside the door, there is a ledge provided for this as soon as you open the door. The door is never locked. They keep leaving it outside anyway where anyone can steal it and I have to hunt for my package 🤬 this is very unacceptable.

Blue dye that is known to cause cancer, no reason for it to be an ingredient. Banned by most of Europe due to health risks. Vitamins for older people that have known carcinogens in it?!? Why?!? Opposite of healthy. Sue 'em if you got cancer and been taking these thinking they would only be good for you.
