Classic for a reason. Perfect mix of crunchy, salty, and just enough variety that you keep digging for your favorite pieces. Everyone has “their piece” and somehow there is always mild competition happening over it. Great for snacking, road trips, or just mindless eating while doing literally anything. Opened the bag… and suddenly it is gone. Always a solid choice.

The Chex cereals in there are fantastic, as they absorb the most seasoning. These micro breadsticks are completely useless-- they're really dry and have zero taste. The pretzels make a good snack on their own, but they're an interupter to the flow and texture that is not welcome into my mouth when I am slobbering over the giant flavors from the cereals And can we talk about the giant chunks of cement lovingly called "rye chips." They are pretty and they look delicious, but they are so hard that I wonder how many dental bills have come about over these. If they had any flavor at all then I would likely figure out a way to eat them anyway. Why not take out the little breadsticks -- substitute them with some candied dry roasted peanuts? If I had a vote, I would say to take out the rye chips altogether. Better, though, if you made them crunchy, instead, with loads of seasoning.

I always made big batches of Chex Party mix around the holidays, putting it into containers to share with neighbors, co-workers, the mail man, everyone! I'm now retired and a widow living in a small mobile home with a very small kitchen and no room to make "big batches" of snacks. But, I still love the taste of Chex Party Mix, especially this time of year! These bags of the original recipe are great, just for me.

Some pieces have way too much salt on them, and then others have none. The flavoring is not evenly dispersed. I have bought two bags, and both bags were the same. Some pieces were totally plastered with a salty substance and the rest was fairly plain.

Use to be a huge fan of Chex Mix! Bought a bag this time without seeing the ‘Now Chextra Delicious’ on the bag, and i’m terribly disappointed; There is WAY too much seasoning!! Can barely eat two pieces before rolling the bag up.

Wow these are way saltier than I remember. I loved these when I was in the mood for a crunchy snack, now there’s so much seasoning and salt I can’t taste the Chex. Disappointed.

dear chex mix, If i wanted sodium overload i would have ordered a salt lick. I love chex but given your excessively aggressive amount of salt i HIGHLY recommend you do a low salt version my 92 year old dad and I can consume instead of feeding it to the critters. i had to drink a gallon of water and there's a big drought here

Am I the only one who hates the new added flavor? It’s way too strong. I use to buy these every week, now I’ll be stopping. It has soooo much seasoning. The bag says “now Chex-tra delicious” but it’s to much, way to much. I liked better before. They should have made a separate bag option for regular vs extra seasoning. Disappointing

It has been years since I’ve eaten Chex Mix. I decided to get these to have as a snack while watching TV. My goodness! The taste is much too strong. After eating some, I looked on the front of the bag to see if I purchased the wrong flavor. It reads “CHEX-TRA” They aren’t kidding, I poured all the contents of the bag into a colander and shook vigorously, trying to get some of the salt to fall off. No luck. Will not purchase again. OUCH!!! My tongue is sore.

I bought a bag today and upon opening it, you couldn’t see anything but corn and wheat Chex. Where is the variety? There’s a handful of rye chips, breadsticks and pretzels. And the seasoning they add is over powering. It used to not be like this, very disappointed in quality.
