good seal
I'm using this for repairs on old plaster. it does a great job with hardening the damaged wall. helps to seal the damage and substrate to prepare for repair and the skim coat. seems to pull and harden the surface, really impressed by the seal and drying time. be aware this has the consistently of 1% milk, prep for drips and be aware it doesn't hold well to a brush or roller, goes on translucent, hard to tell where you applied it.

Must use - Bset primer out there.
4 gallons for price of 2. Same stuff, not off brand. Comes in 4 separate gallons so easy to handle and store if you dont need all 4 right away. Locks in old plaster and drywall to keep from absorbing moisture. Primes walls for interior paint. Bye-bye mold on outside walls for good. Goes on with bluish tint so you can tell where you have coated but dries completely cleae so won't mess with your color coat. Does so much more than your basic primer by sealing out moisture.

We've used this stuff before and Walmart is selling it for nearly half what the big box stores sell for. Love it!!
