This nose clip works!!! I snore and I've gotten so loud that I wake myself up. I was desperate for help because my poor husband wasn't getting any sleep. Custom mouth guards were to expensive. These nose clips were a little tight as they clipped the inside of my nose

I've been trying to use these for a few weeks now and I can't sleep with them in my nose all night. And even when they are in they don't stop me from snoring.

Dont waste your money. Simply dont work hoping only to be disappointed.
