Item arrived and was in good shape. Oddly it arrived in a Costco box a competitor of Sams and Walmart.
These pail bags are incredibly better. I very satisfied my nursery room smells so good. My baby's dirty diapers really stink so I need to have these bags.
The liner is very thick and stands up to as many diapers as can be stuffed into the genie. The deodorant factor isn't as strong as I had hoped but it does have a pleasant odor! I would surely recommend these for weekly use.
The diaper genie is a great concept, and for the most part, works perfectly. You can just use a regular trash bag/can, but the diaper pail is very convenient and really does prevent the smells from seeping out. I recommend this one over the unscented, it makes a big difference. The diaper genie has one flaw in it's design. If you let the pail overflow with diapers, it is challenging to get them out. They tend to get stuck in the trap door, making it hard to push the diapers through and change the bag. It would be easier if the bottom of the pail would just snap on and off. That would help when it's time to redo the bag (tearing out the full bag and tying a new one.) But, as long as you're on top of changing them out before it gets too full, it's a 5 star. It's just sometimes hard to remember to do so when you have a crying baby that demands your attention 24/7 lol.
The latest version of these is great. No more thin bags, and no more failed odor absorption. These bags work.
Gets the job done for the most part as long as the top bin is closed. However, whenever I'm pushing down a new diaper the smell of old diapers comes out in the slightest and I have to spray my room down.
It took several weeks for the product to arrive. I received a message stating it was shipped then a message that said it was delayed. I hadn't heard a word for over three weeks until I enquired about it. The company said they would respond in 24-48 hours. Then the next thing I heard the product would arrive in two days.
We have been using these for a few weeks and it has absolutely no effect on the odors. I wouldn't recommend this.
Seller took too long to deliver the product, there was no updating on the tracking, I received the package a week later from when I was supposed to receive it, seller sent a different item from advertised.
My order said in transit for a week and a half. I messaged seller multiple times and did not receive a response! Walmart needs to examine who is selling on their site because this seems like a scam.
