This Was definitely effective, but it is quite painful and it can produce a blister. Remember cryotherapy as well heat therapy if intense can cause blistering of the skin.
I have never had corns before. I had one on each pinky toe. Before the 1st use, I took a bath and applied the pads at night. I wore them for 48 hrs. The I went without them for 48 hrs. During this time, I used a foot spa with water and apple cider vinegar to speed healing, soften skin more, and kill any bacteria. When that 48 hr break was over, I applied to clean feet again for 2 days, and went without for two days until the pads were used up. The last set of pads, once removed, revealed perfect new skin on my toes. All dead skin was gone and I promise this is a real review. I have never used these before and I wish I had taken pictures, even though it was kinda yucky.
I love these corn removers! Occasionally I will get a corn on my toe or foot, which can be quite irritating. I thought I was destined to just live with it or try and pick it out myself until I discovered Dr. Scholl's Corn Removers. These work absolutely great for me and with only one application too! The package says some corns may take more than one pad used consectively, but I have never had this happen. I keep these on hand almost all the time for those times when a corn pops up and I want relief. It does take a few days for the corn to be removed, but then it is completely gone. I love the effectiveness of these and recommend them highly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I was desperate. I couldn't get in to see a doctor soon enough. The pain was so bad I could not walk on it and it was very painful just to put pressure on it. It also hurt even if I didn't walk-stand on it. I had 2 on the same foot. One big ( on my heel) one smaller ( on the bottom of my big toe). I really did not think these were going to work. But I had to try something. I did need to use it 3 different times ( again because the one was so deep and there for ever) now I can walk so comfortably bare foot or with socks and I am not limping That horrible pain is 100% gone. They worked really well for me. Happy me. Thank you
Researched corn removal treatments online. This treatment had highest success with least discomfort based on a survey. I tried this product and followed instructions closely. Today after 10 dais of treatment, the total corn and core peeled right off with absolutely no discomfort! I will definitely use it again if needed and highly recommend to others!
whenever i travel, i know that i am going to be doing a lot of walking, so I keep several of those pads in my first aid kit, and they have been a lifesaver so many times over the years, whenever shoes rub the wrong spot for too long. they are not just for corns!
I buy these because they're generally better than the store brand. However, the glue seems to be worse lately.
We first tried to use the corn removers using the instructions on the box. That didn';t work so we looked up How to use on YouTube and it was quite simple. The problem we are having is that the you tube remover backing had a slit in the cover to easily remove the #1 cover. Our covers do not have any slits, so we have to attack it from the side. That means half the cover comes off and sticks to your fingers and gets all stuck together before you can get close to the corn. Maybe if your product control division would make certain the separations are where they belong, we could give a better rating. Right now, we are looking for another brand.
I have been pleased with this product in the past but the change in the application is terrible. I have a corn between my toes and there is no way to get the new bandaid over the corn and secured with the new hydrogel bandaid curling up. There is no way to hold toes apart and try to wrap this thin sticky bandage around the toe. Please go back to the old application process.
I did not have bad corns on my feet, and thought to use these only on my baby toes...bad idea. Before use I had skin colored corns that were not noticeable, now I have hideous bright red circles on my toes. This product does not remove corns, only layers of skin, while still leaving the bump underneath. The end result: bright red circles that look like I ran a marathon with badly fitting sneakers, with the bump of the corn still raised. Very disappointed. I trusted this brand, now my impression has changed.
