Jalapenos/eggs, loose weight........
These are good peppers. I eat a 28 o.z can a week. EVERY morning I eat two poached eggs, lots of protein. I cut up two peppers with those eggs. THEN I cover the eggs in Siracha with a sprinkle of dried MENUDO spices. I lost 155%23 this last year, no carbs, lots of eggs/protein. eat eggs and zero fast food. I feel like a million bucks....JF 80.
