I have chronic pain in my back legs, and neck due to pinched nerves. These patches are great instead of depending on a medication. There are too many people in this day and age that seek medication to deal with pain. I'm going to continue to use them so I don't have or need for medication . They are thin and slick not bulky. They are easy to wear under your cloths. They last for 8 hours.

This equate capsaicin patches is by far one of the better pain relief patches for its value. I've tried all the products offered icy hot aspercreme bio freeze salon pas Alleviates my spasms %26 pain in my back legs %26 chins. I cut the patches down they can become uncomfortable if you put a large patch.

These work so well for my muscle pain. I pull a muscle in my back frequently and these always do the trick. I appreciate the price. Just know that it does give that hot feeling, and be sure to wash your hands after applying so you dont get that pepper in your eyes by rubbing them.

if u have any sort of pain even in the joints, these patches will help kill the pain and make that limb/joint more flexible and limber without pain and stiffness. I have been using these for years for back pain and if I have pain come up anywhere else I use it there as well. if they didn't make theseni would not be able to walk even stand due to my back condition..they really do help. I depend on these daily just to get by. try them I promise you will not be sorry.

LOVE THESE for my low back pain. They heat up naturally if you sit against something and provide excellent pain relief for 8 hours! All natural. Only con is they're very tricky to put on by yourself because sometimes the plastic comes off before it should and the patch sticks to itself and is impossible to use so you throw away %26 try again. But they do work. And for how inexpensive they are - it's worth it!!!!!

I think I have tried every 'pain patch' on the market...this was a substitution WalMart chose for my out of stock Salonpas patch... I wanted this on my knee, unfortunately it had other plans and wanted to slide down onto my shin...the only way I could keep it in place on my knee, was to wear a knee brace over it...then, it did well...but I should not have to wear a knee brace in order for it to stay stuck in place!

They are fairly easy to apply, although they don't stick well after a while. After about an hour or two, they peel off and will NOT restick. I will say that they did not burn my skin like some reviews I've read about them. But, after wearing 3 of them on my hip and thigh for a few hours, the pain is NO BETTER! I ordered 8 of them, due to the good price. I will say it might be because I am 73 yrs old, and my arthritis is bad in my legs/ hands. I tried, am pretty disappointed. Evidently, when you're old, not much stops the pain.... Looking on the bright side, at least I only wasted $8.

This product is not only of poor quality, it falls off minutes after you apply it, it doesn't stick to the skin, and worst of all, it gave me an allergic reaction that lasted for two weeks. I will never use it again and I would never recommend it.

These patches are impossible to put on by yourself! You have to pull it apart to expose the sticky side. The plastic comes off easily so you end up with the patch being stuck to your hands. Also, in trying to navigate it behind your back, it will stick to the first thing it touches, which is normally your shirt or even your pants. Then when you pull it off the clothing it gets stuck again to your hand. I have tried five or six of these and have yet to get one to lay flat on my back. This has ended me having to throw away the patch cause it's sticks to itself. Very frustrating item to to put on. I will never purchase that again. !

The only good thing about this item is it does stick. However, there is zero heat, in fact it feels cool (assuming that's the gel adhesive). I needed a heat patch, not cooling. There was zero capsaicin in this product. Glad it was only $1.00, but still sucks to waste a $1.00 in this economy.
