Test leads with alligator clips to extend antenna
I just bought an AM/FM radio and wanted to boost reception since I'm about 70 miles away from my favorite station and radios vary in their ability to get a usable signal. Since retiring there's no cellar full of odds and ends that could be used to assemble one of these on my own to improve reception. It serves the intended purpose well.

I sure am glad it has a fuseable link! i hooked up backward and tried to make fire on accident. after watching the cord melt i figured i might want to un hook it pretty soon and it had already burned itself out. dang it. even the wires are getting smart! lol

A Strong Grip...
I needed some alligator clamps for a project. They worked well. They worked too well. They clamped on too tight.

Defective connector clips. I had to repair them before they were usable. They were cheap so it was worth it.
