the scent isnt the best, but u cant concentrated softner any where else for this fabulous price!! i mix it in a separate bottle, ill put mainly that in a empty bottle, then put a good smelling kind or multiple kinds with it. shake it and smell again. its really thick, and looks like laundry soap kinda, but its not its softner. i cant really complain really, definitely would recommend this to everybody (as long as ur not a picky stuck up person jus saying, its not for u if thats u, sorry)

It has no smell, clothes are even soft, but there is no smell after drying. Maybe I recommend it to allergic people who don't like essence

They need better packing policies for liquids because every time I order this fabric softener is leaked everywhere and it's not standing up not enough packing material to keep it from moving around. The box is too big and they put paper in there and it's not enough to keep everything properly stable from spilling or leaking..

It has more of a chemical smell than a "Spring Fresh" smell. Does it work good? I will never know because I have to mix it with another fabric softener that has a better smell. Even though it's an awesome price, I won't be buying it again because of the smell. If you want to save money and your clothes to smell good, this ain't it.

i can't leave a review, because i Never received it. it was delivered to the wrong address. and Walmart REFUSES to either give me a replacement or a refund. unbelievable!

Many years ago when I moved out on my own, in the 1970-80s, I used Final Touch. Back then there was not a big choice in liquid fabric softeners. But , back then Final Touch left the clothes smelling fresh and soft. Not anymore. I might as well skip the Final Touch because they ruined the original "recipe".

2 bottles in the box opened and I had a liquid mess. You owe me a credit for 2 bottles. The product is false advertising all the way around. Extremely disappointed.
