Orange juice prices have gone through the roof everywhere, even for those of us who live in citrus country. This is a good product at a decent price ( for today). I was specifically looking for calcium and vitamin D fortified juice. If you are worried that the additions would alter the taste, let go of that concern. It does not change the taste.
This is the first time I purchased this juice. I dislike pulp, so this juice is a nice alternative. It's not as sour as other orange juices I've had, so I like that it seems a little sweeter. I've never been a big orange juice drinker, but I really like this juice. I did buy it again and probably will in the future.
Pretty good but not as good as the Great Value regular orange juice. This is great for a party, brunch with champagne, anywhere you have a bunch of people and need a less expensive option. The color is a little weird sorta orangey brown but overall flavor is good. I would buy this over a lot of the other from concentrate brands of OJ any day.
I keep the jug and refill it with half the juice from a new jug of juice and put bottled water, filling the jug to around 3/4 full. Then I add about 2-3 fluid ounces of honey, flavoring to taste. The mixture is still tangy and tastes tangy like orange juice.
The cap is VERY difficult to remove. Then after finally getting it off, there is another cover glued on the top which is hard to remove. Not recommended for elderly people, or people with hand problems. The juice taste good, bit it's not worth all the trouble. Also it doesn't seem to be a gallon.
I know I should have read the whole description of the product but I assumed this was a gallon of orange juice since the price was close to $7 but this is NOT a gallon jug and my opionion is that the price is WAY too high for it to not be a full gallon
I have purchased Great Value Orange Juice several times at Walmart. I love orange juice. and it has always been top notch, for price, quality and taste. Because I am a Type 2 diabetic, I always have orange juice on hand, in case of serious low blood sugars. This juice did not taste good. It left a yucky aftertaste. I am sorry I did not save the jug. Because you could have tracked it.
my orange juice says best if brought by June 14 its been refrigerated since the may 15 I drank 2 glass full went back two days later and it had a very strong distinctive taste which it tasted spoiled let someone else taste it and they said that it tasted spoiled that's not Kool
Walmart will not stop pestering me for product reviews even though I tell Walmart I won't accurately review products but will only review Walmart's processes, which just aren't good enough. I had to phone the 800-number tonight to remove the line-item charge for 1 item that they informed me would not be delivered, even though the line-item charges for 3 other items were removed without any action on my part. They do not explain why they do this, but whenever you complain about it to a human at 800-925-6278 it is so EASY and FAST for them to remove the charge, which I need because otherwise I can't make inventory-sheets come out right. Worst of all tonight my delivery was canceled BY THEM (not me) WHILE EN ROUTE FROM THE STORE, rescheduled (without my knowledge or authorization) for 10:10pm, and then the entire order was canceled at 10pm without any explanation. So I rearranged my Friday night to be here later, and then for no reason anyway as I STILL didn't get my groceries! And Walmart needs to make their website less cumbersome and more user-friendly by making the look-and-feel more like a spreadsheet than an entertainment-site. They should allow orders to be submitted by a near-instantaneous upload of a comma-separated or pipe-separated data in a "CSV"-file (really a "txt" text-only file with a different extension). You can bet that when Walmart communicates with its vendors or its own Payroll, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable Departments it's done via something that really looks like data, NOT entertainment that bogs everything down with megabytes of animated GIFs that don't help anyone who has seen the GIF before. We should be permitted to order by SKU.
I made multiple attempts to cancel this substitution because I HATE calcium orange juice if I wanted this type of juice I would specify NO substitution. Now I've got something I won't drink because after 3 times of saying no substitution in English and Spanish it was still delivered Sin sustituto de jugo de naranja
