This is our go-to when one of our pups has a mild gastric issue that does not feel as if it requires a vet visit. I make a brown rice in extra water, add steel oats (the no additives kind), some chicken breast, and then mix the warm resulting soup with a cold can of this pumpkin, which according to the label, is 100 percent pumpkin puree and nothing else. The pups love it and it regulates their poopies.

We also order this for our pet lab. Via her Vet , he suggests this teaspoon added to her dry food once a day keeps her digestive system tops. And he is so right. We have forgotten few times and notice the difference . So it’s good for all of us here.

Not only does this pumpkin make a good pie, but it is healthy for you to eat and is healthy for your dogs to eat too and actually helps your dog if they are having belly issues.

I actually bought this pure cabbed pumpkin to add to my dog's dry food as a source of fiber. It contains only pumpkin %26 that was important to me. I gave it a small taste test %26 it tasted liked fresh pumpkin for pies I have baked from scratch. It smelled like it too. Doodle likes the flavor %26 licks the spoon like a little kid licks cake icing off a spoon 😂. For dog owners, it works great to keep Doodle's tummy settled.

The product is great. I have ordered it before. the can I got was dented near the bottom so I am not sure it is safe to use. The seal did not look split but the dent close to the end so not sure .

This product has been great, but when I order for pick up I almost always get dented cans. I won’t use the dented can (especially the deeply dented or dented near seam) cans because of the danger of botulism. I am paying full price, so I expect to get the best you have in the store, not ones that are bent and unreliable.

Don't try to buy canned pumpkin using store pick up. The employees who pick the items don't care if your cans are dented - some seriously so.

Ordered 4 of these canned pumpkins, opened the first one, with an expiration date of 2028 and this is what it looked like. All four went right in the trash. Is this why they were on 'sale'?

Usually a good option. We put it in our dogs food per the vet. During holiday season we buy larger quantities and this time I opened one up right after another and part of it was dark brown and dried as if it wasn’t sealed. We are wondering why our dogs kept throwing up.

I have been eating canned pumpkin for a while, trying all different brands and this is by far the worst kind- there is no way a team of product testers said this was suitable for consumption. Save your time and money and buy any other brand.
