When you have a picky eater on your hands it can be really difficult to get proper nutrition into them. Yes, these are granola bars with a chocolate coating but it works great as a sweet treat as opposed to something like a chocolate bar. The name brand ones are no different than Walmart's brand and you get way more bang for you buck with these. From kids to adults these are a staple in my home- need to eat something fast on the way to work? Need an afternoon snack? Need something low carb (when compared to other similar items)? These all do the trick.

I have bought Quaker Oats brand before, and these are just as good. Great for a snack or as a breakfast bar to carry me over until I have time to eat something more substantial. I do not generally eat much in the morning, so these are perfect, and the peanut butter %26 chocolate taste great. They are also good as a snack during the day. I keep one or two in my bag that I carry during the day in case I get hungry.

I actually enjoy these granola bars more than any other granola bar I've tried, and I think I've tried almost everything on the shelves at one time or another. I have to eat something for breakfast due to digestive problems, but I can't eat eggs. Cereal isn't appealing when it's cold outside, and hot cereal means dirtying up a pan and a bowl- too much effort for just me. The texture is the perfect balance between chewy and crispy- not crunchy. And the coating isn't waxy like some breakfast bars are. These also make a nice late afternoon snack if you know you aren't going to be able to make it until dinner time and are sick of cheese %26 crackers or celery %26 carrot sticks. Granted, those are more healthy options, and should be eaten instead when possible.

These granola bars are sooo good. I grew up on a brand that is no longer around called Kudos. They made the best chocolate covered granola bars. These great value ones are very comparable in flavor. Definitely don't want to keep these anywhere there isn't a/c or at least cool weather because they are messy if warm.

They are on the smaller size, which is great for sticking in my backpack or a pocket. Despite their smaller size, they're pretty filling. I like the chewy texture and the chocolate. They aren't too dry and crumbly. They're perfect for when I don't have time to eat breakfast.

Everything was there. Water gallons place nicely .Thanks for that! Everything was protected by their plastic bags from rain and placed close to door as not to get bags drenched. Very well done!

I absolutely love these bars and have ordered them more than once. However, this time apparently the warm weather got to them. It appears that the chocolate melted in transit, then rehardened, and they looked totally unappetizing. They taste "okay", and I don't plan to waste them. They are a good, not-too-high-in-calories snack but in the future they will be a fall/winter treat!

I got these as a quick on the go snack for those daunting bus travels, and I need a quick pick me up from long days, so I can stuff a few in the cargo pants pockets. Chocolate dipped, chocolate chip, and granola, 2 of those you will be on a rush. Great snack for kids on the go, in a lunch box, or a pickup after sports, give you that energy to get through homework after practice, I remember those days all to well.

I bought these intending to send them as snacks at school, only to find out that "chocolate chip granola" also apparently includes peanuts and almonds. I don't see or taste any peanuts or almonds in it, but they are listed as the very last two ingredients on the back of the box so they can't be sent to school. It would be great if these high-allergen ingredients were completely omitted or at least listed in the name of the item and then actually be a prominent part of the snack.

Walmart changed the ingredients on these particular granola bars. Every granola bar in the new box that we bought had brown spots on the bottom of the granola bars. The older box that we had had not one brown spots on the bottom of any of the granola bars. Our food is constantly being tampered with. I don't even believe we are eating normal food anymore. Everything is bio engineered.
